Congratulations! We're in a similar situation--the home buying part anyway :D and I know how stressful it is. Missouri, it turns out, automatically gives a spouse an interest in any building you own (whether you buy it before or after marriage)--so I have to get my husband to sign a paper saying he has no interest in the house b/c we try to keep our assets separate. Are you doing paperwork w/ Porkchop about joint ownership or inheritance rights?
